Regional Manager Sales

Regional Manager will lead the Multan region to drive farmer acquisition and business performance of all verticals, closely liaising with the central business team.
- Expand Jiye Kissan Centers in the Multan region
- Lead farmer acquisition and commercial performance i.e. GMV, Revenue & Margin.
- Develop regional Plan & Budget to fuel national performance and drive growth
- Identify market gaps and opportunities to strengthen business
- Set up process flow for regional insights to support central planning with daily pricing, demand-supply situation and agri updates.
- Work closely with central planning to drive Farmer Value Proposition and Tech initiatives in the region
- App Deployment and adoption
- Clear cut visibilities
- Regional level activities
- Simplify Hardcore execution role, aggression
- Sole owner of farmers
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years experience with a combination of planning and execution, both.
- Experience within/around the agri ecosystem.
- A strong business acumen, leadership and decision making capability.
- Proficient in Ms Office and various operating tools.
